Summary Performs a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sales of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of H&S’s parts department. Ongoing responsibility assisting with the counter parts sales and customer service responsibilities. Hours Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, including accuracy for count and type of product Prep order for shipment by inspecting for quality, proper labeling, and packaging Load product on outbound trucks as necessary Conduct physical inventory counts as required Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their needs Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures Adheres to company quality protocols and processes Perform job duties in an ethical, professional manner which is consistent with the H&S handbook Performs other related duties as assigned by management Skills and Abilities Ability to read and count with accuracy and perform basic math calculations Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and identify customer needs Ability to work with minimal supervision Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Requirements Qualifications: High School diploma or Equivalent Must have current forklift driving certification in order to operate forklift Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Physical Requirements: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
