PARTS CLERK / SHIPPER / RECEIVER

We are currently seeking a Parts Clerk / Shipper / Receiver to join our dynamic and fast-paced parts department.This is a hands-on, customer-focused position that plays a key role in our day-to-day operations. Please note that during peak season (April–October), Saturday morning shifts are part of the schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of agricultural parts experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work with computer software systems and web-based parts catalogues
  • Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Forklift experience

    - Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
  • Work front and back counter
  • Help walk-in customers and phone inquires
  • Troubleshoot parts issues on a large variety of agriculture equipment
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Manage inventory levels
  • Sell retail products

    - Conduct inventory counts as needed
