Western is seeking a dynamic Parts Person to join our team. The Parts Person will play a key role in supporting procurement and management of parts inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service to all customers by accurately identifying the customer’s needs, providing product solutions and processing orders in a timely manner. Parts person must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong mechanical knowledge and be able to use a computer to access product information and pricing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Journeyman Parts Technician
• Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership or Industrial environment is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge to accurately identify and source parts
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems for inventory management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Able to obtain forklift operator license.
• Must provide Drivers Abstract

• Procure parts from various suppliers and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and tracking of parts transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians or customers
• Operate a forklift to move and organize parts within the warehouse
