Description Assisting customers over the phone by identifying and providing the correct parts for their needs, processing orders, and offering technical support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding parts identification, availability, and compatibility. Use internal databases and catalogs to locate correct parts based on customer needs. Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for parts and equipment. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the service and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain customer records and update order status in CRM or order systems. Follow up on backorders, returns, and warranty claims. Requirements Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus. 1+ years of experience in a parts department, service center, or customer service role (automotive, HVAC, industrial, or similar industries preferred). Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of mechanical/electrical components. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes with professionalism. Familiarity with inventory software, ERP/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
