Join the Ali & Sons Group as a Parts Picker, where you’ll play a key role in receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing automotive parts efficiently while supporting both retail and workshop operations.   Key Responsibilities: • Receive, store, and distribute parts to Retail and Workshop counters accurately and efficiently. • Read and process parts orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items for movement and distribution. • Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code. • Transfer materials and items from receiving areas to storage locations or designated departments. • Assemble and pack customer orders from stock and prepare them for dispatch or delivery. • Label materials with identifying information using appropriate marking methods and tools. • Open and handle crates, containers, and packaging safely using warehouse tools and equipment. • Record quantities of materials and items received or distributed to maintain accurate inventory records. • Weigh and count items to ensure compliance with company standards and inventory accuracy. • Use computer systems to enter records and confirm inventory movements for stock updates. • Prepare parcels and shipments for mailing or delivery. • Support the Warehouse Supervisor and National Parts Manager with additional warehouse duties as required.   Role Purpose: To ensure automotive parts are received, stored, maintained, and distributed accurately and efficiently while supporting operational excellence and inventory accuracy across the business.   What We’re Looking For: • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar warehouse, logistics, or parts operations role. • Education: High School Certificate or Diploma. • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred. • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to use inventory or warehouse systems. • Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with telephone handling and computer operations. • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.   Why Join Ali & Sons?
