Description
The Parts Presentation Associate is responsible for organizing work parts for the specific work center employees or work cells. Tasks include: * Coordinate the completion of the daily work schedule through the appropriate work center(s) * Track inventory where needed. * Coordinate recuts where appropriate. * Provide feedback to supervisors of the opportunities that exist what would prevent the completion of the daily schedule (i.e. parts outage, quality issues...) * Keep the supervisor(s) updated on the status of the execution of the production schedule periodically throughout the day. * Operation of machine sanders.   Skills needed * Ability to comprehend and follow job safety guidelines * Able to lift parts from floor to operation level frequently * Skilled in the use of air driven hand tools * Understands/follows proper lockout procedures * Able to perform preventative maintenance to machine, tools/equipment * Able to read and understand appropriate shop documents. * Able to use required gauges and measuring devices * Able to use load moving devices * Ability to identify nonconformities * Proven history or ability to demonstrate safe / responsible behavior, and a positive performance record (including attendance) Qualifications The Parts Presentation Associate is responsible for organizing work parts for the specific work center employees or work cells.
