Job Details Job Location: CMTB - Kingston - Kingston, OK 73439 Job Description: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory counts. Monitor inventory movements and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure adequate stock levels. Order Processing: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment. Shipping and Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and inspect goods for damages or discrepancies. Prepare shipping documents and labels. Coordinate with carriers and schedule shipments as needed. Warehouse Organization: Organize warehouse space and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure all goods are stored properly and in designated locations. Assist in the maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all activities including inventory counts, shipments, and receipts. Prepare reports as required by management. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards. Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a warehouse clerk or similar role preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 Ib, work in a fast-paced environment and can work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
