Job Details: Monday through Friday, From 3:30 am – 2:00 pm, plus a differential per hour for this shift. Overtime may be required at times due to the needs of the business. Job Summary Preps hull by taping paper inside mold where stripe will be gel coated. Pulls the Hulls and Decks out of the molds. Perform tasks under time-sensitive deadlines. Operate forklift. Clean and de-mold all parts properly. Wrap and prep molds for gel coating. Communicate to the Supervisor if molds are damaged. Requirements Must be able to work in an non-climate-controlled environment where ambient. air temperature can exceed the outside air temperature. Must be able to wear proper safety equipment when necessary. Experienced using small hand tools, such as grinder, scraper, blower, razor knife, etc. Forklift experience needed. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to squat, climb, bend, etc. as needed to apply stripes inside of hulls. Responsibilities
The Parts Puller prepares hulls by taping paper inside molds and pulls hulls and decks out of the molds. They also operate forklifts and clean and de-mold parts properly.
