Job Details Job Location: RC Trailers - Middlebury - Middlebury, IN 46540 Part Sales and Warranty Representative Job Summary: The Part Sales and Warranty Representative will assist customers with their parts and warranty requirements. Process will be initiated by the Dealer/Customer via a phone call, e-mail or other means of communication. The Representative will generate all transactions, record in system, maintain records, coordinate picking and shipping of parts, coordinate with Warranty Technician and Production functions on required action, and comprehensively complete all transactions. The process requires exceptional organization and communication skills as well as good warranty analysis knowhow. Responsibilities: Ensure a safe and employee friendly work environment. Process parts demand and warranty claims through telephone calls, e-mail, fax and/or text. Enters, organizes, and maintains data information for all warranty related issues. Prepare and process warranty documentation according to company guidelines Coordinate part pulling and shipment with Parts Puller and Shipping Staff. Coordinate warranty work with Warranty Tech. Complete transactions through AR or credit card processing. Attain parts sales budget. Inform Dealers/Customers on status to ensure effective communication to Retail Customers. Provide Technical Support to Dealer base (via phone/email). Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email). Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution. Develop Troubleshooting documents. Learn product line from frame to final. Assists in gathering warranty database information for Quality or Engineering purposes. Performs other tasks or duties as assigned. Recommend changes that will improve processes Job Qualifications: Exceptional RC Trailer product knowledge. Proven inside sales experience. Strong phone presence and experience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy Good computer skills with Microsoft Office and analytic capabilities. Able to pick up 30 lbs. BS degree preferred. IND123
