Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs. Provide pricing and availability information to customers and staff. Maintain a clean and organized parts department. Uphold CMA’s standards for professionalism, accuracy, and customer service. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in automotive parts preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts. Ability to use parts catalog systems and dealership management software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
