Barnes Powersports Victoria is currently seeking to expand our team with a Permanent, Full-Time Parts Sales Consultant!

JOB SUMMARY:

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to provide an outstanding customer service experience for all our customers selecting parts for their bikes. You will help them choose the best parts for the vision they have for their bike, all while impressing them with your unmatched knowledge of the parts, companion part requirements, and in-store specials.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Totally bomb interpersonal, communication (verbal and written English), and customer service skills
• 2-3 years of experience in automotive parts is an asset, but not necessary. We will train the hell out of you if we like you
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to pretend to thrive under pressure
• Skilled in working under pressure with multiple simultaneous deadlines, and priority management
• Big buff arms – must be able to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs
