WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally progressing from a sales representative to an executive role
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to achieve results both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening skills, with great attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Familiarity with media tools is an advantage, although not essential
  • Able to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently with good self-management abilities

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles using in house or online parts catalogues.
  • Advise availability and provide quotes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Take an active role in the sales process, reaching out to customers when required to make the sale.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of inventory and pricing.
  • Work with body shops, garages, and body shops to supply bulk and repeat orders.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
