Reporting into Group Business Manager- Customer Service, the Parts Sales Manager will join our team on a Full-Time basis at our Guildford Branch. This role involves leading the operational effectiveness of the Parts Sales function within the Customer Service Centre, ensuring a high-quality end-to-end customer experience across ordering, fulfilment, tracking and invoicing. The role drives adoption of B2B services, partners with inventory and regional branches to ensure availability, accuracy and consistent service delivery, and manages invoice and delivery issues through to resolution while contributing to CSC strategy and continuous improvement. The position is also accountable for growing parts and service sales by leading and developing the Parts Sales team, delivering a professional front-line experience and driving effective cross-selling, up-selling and value-add delivery solutions. . Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)   What You’ll Do: Set and drive departmental strategy for customer service, leading a team of 30 people in the areas of parts quoting and sales, backorder management, delivery and ETA communication, and accurate invoicing and payment disputes, using performance insights to support continuous improvement. Manage emergency freight arrangements, including customer policy accounts, inbound emergency freight and outbound freight recovery. Drive adoption and effective use of online and B2B parts ordering platforms through customer setup, education, onboarding support and issue resolution. Partner with inventory, warehouse and regional branch teams to ensure product availability, transactional accuracy, consistent service delivery and timely fulfilment of workshop parts requirements.
