We are a family owned and operated company in Palmyra, MO, USA, directly located on Hwy 61.   Purpose of Job:   Assist internal and external customers with selecting parts for all their service needs whether over the counter, through service or on the phone.     Principal Duties and Responsibilities:   * Quickly establishes trusting relationships with customers by having excellent knowledge of parts and accessories across all product lines. * Assist customers in understanding products and identifying solutions that fit their needs.  This involves providing quotes, processing orders, and following up on outstanding questions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. * Assist customers with questions and educate them on product usage.   * Informs customers of companion part requirements and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line as well as advice for maintenance and installation. * Displays a strong sense of urgency and ensures timely follow-up to customer needs by providing timely updates on delivery dates for any out-of-stock parts, special order, or back-ordered parts. * Assist Doyle outside sales and service representatives with orders they place for their customers. * Stages orders daily for delivery, pick-up, or shipment. * Ability to work weekend on-call hours. * Ability to work a rotating shift with end times at 4PM and 5PM. * May perform other duties as assigned.   Working Environment:     The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
