YOUR ROLE AS PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Parts Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for our international customers regarding spare parts and after-sales services. You ensure smooth handling of quotations, orders, and customer inquiries, and actively contribute to increasing our sales volume.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Prepare and follow up on quotations for spare parts and service visits
• Process international customer orders in ERP systems
• Proactively promote after-sales products and services
• Research and offer solutions for non-stock items
• Coordinate international shipments and return orders
• Collaborate with sales, service, logistics, and purchasing departments
• Independently resolve customer questions and technical issues
• Support Inside Sales with service product offerings
