Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: San Antonio, TX - San Antonio, TX 78109 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School French Ellison Truck Center, located in San Antonio TX, is looking for a talented individual to take on the full time Outside Parts Sales Representative position. Main responsibilities will include selling heavy and light duty truck parts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Excellent benefits offered. Responsibilities: • Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck parts • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company • Cultivate assigned customer territories and accounts • Conquest and grow new accounts Primary Duties: • Maintains liaison with important customers • Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers • Spends a part of each day in solicitation of new business • Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned • Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies • Maintains parts-related correspondence • Keeps up to date on new products Qualifications • High School Diploma, Associate's degree (AA) preferred • Prior Sales experience • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to sit throughout day while driving to and from various customer locations; average longest single durations approximately 1.5 hours; must also sit while driving fork-lift for short period of time • Computer, mathematical and customer service skills • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis • Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements • Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff to assist with purchase decisions • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and results driven
