Description This position is in Ridgeway, SC, just outside of Columbia metro area. The Parts Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing customer support through parts sales and parts technical assistance, providing accurate pricing, availability, and estimated delivery information. Additionally, the Parts Sales Representative will take parts orders from distributors and, at times, customers and enters information in computerized systems for processing. Manages portal and platform questions, access, and roles. Forms an integral part of call center operations, answering calls as required. Essential Duties Breakdown: Provide customer order support via call center and e-mails (70%) Support via technical parts assistance (10%) Liaise with other departments (10%) Take initiative and contribute to furthering the department and organization (10%). Requirements · High School diploma · Have strong communication abilities with all audiences · Understanding of customer support and sense of urgency · 3 years of work experience · Desire and ability to work in fast paced commercial environment · Superior organizational skills, strong quality orientation, and high attention to detail · Demonstrate shift flexibility including evenings and weekends as needed · Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions · Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines · Mental capacity to make sound decisions and to demonstrate good ‘best judgement”. · Ability to multitask, solve problems, manage time, adapt to changing work conditions, and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment · Computer skills.
