Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities As Parts Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, helping to identify part numbers, providing quotes, and supplying the necessary parts needed in a timely manner. Customer service is critical in this role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and help them with their specific needs. Fills parts requests for the service techs and customers. Participants in rolling inventory checks. Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; responds well to questions. Follows all company and vendor policies and procedures Requirements Parts Sales Representative Qualifications Minimum requirements for the Parts Sales Representative position include: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient computer skills Customer-service oriented attitude Related previous experience
