Job Overview Zayani Motors is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Sales Advisor to join our expanding automotive division. This is a full-time position based in Sitrah, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive components, dedicated to providing exceptional service and contributing to our continued success. You will play a crucial role in our parts department, serving as a key point of contact for our valued customers and supporting our operational excellence. Responsibilities Dealing the customer on sales counter, provide quotations to workshops and Bodyshop. Develops, maintains, and grows relationships with assigned and prospective accounts to increase market share. Identifies customer needs, recommends products/substitutes, and provides technical knowledge. Communicates, tracks, and follows up on orders to ensure on-time delivery, coordinating with in-store inventory teams. Prospects for new business through cold calling, networking, and market research. Updates customer records in CRM software, creates call reports, and submits expense reports. Qualifications Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the automotive, machinery, or industrial parts industry. Strong understanding of parts, mechanical components, and technical applications. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively. Proficiency with CRM systems and inventory software.
