Centennial Kia in Summerside is looking for an organized, skilled and motivated individual to join our Parts & Service Department!

THE PERFECT FIT:

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is motivated, organized, skilled and has a real interest and knowledge in automobiles and working in a team setting. You will be a key player in the success of our service & parts department, previous experience in the automotive industry and with shipping & receiving of parts is a strong asset.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow effectively.
  • Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
  • Provide detailed information on service options, costs, and timelines.
  • Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
  • Communicate with technicians and team members to ensure timely repairs.
  • Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress and address any concerns.
  • Assist with customer concerns alongside the Service Manager.
  • Provide shuttle service for customers.
  • Provide accurate estimates for completion times and notify customers of any changes.
  • Maintain proper paperwork, including opening and closing repair orders.
  • Collect payments and ensure a balanced cash register at the end of each day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Answering parts inquiries and following up with customers.
  • Receive/ billing of parts inventory.
  • Maintaining parts inventory levels.
