You’ll be responsible for: Leading and supporting both the parts and service departments to achieve strong performance and customer satisfaction. Managing inventory and scheduling to ensure parts availability and timely service completion. Using data analytics to forecast parts needs, track expenses, and maintain profitability. Developing and executing sales and promotional strategies for service and parts. Training and mentoring team members to enhance skills and morale. Reviewing financial and operational reports and implementing improvement plans. Requirements Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service, parts management, or fixed operations leadership. Proven ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining a focus on customer care. Solid organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with inventory and service scheduling software. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
