WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As the Parts & Service Specialist for the Bobcat equipment line, you will serve as the critical link between customers and the parts/service departments. Your role includes:

• Supporting customers with accurate parts information and service coordination
• Managing inventory and ensuring timely parts delivery for equipment servicing
• Collaborating with technicians and suppliers to streamline operations
• Maintaining detailed records of transactions and communications
• Ensuring customers receive a high level of support from quote to completion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in identifying and ordering the right parts for compact equipment (e.g., mini-excavators, skid-steers, compact tractors)
• Provide accurate quotes and availability details
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure efficient job completion
• Maintain up-to-date inventory and documentation
• Use dealership software systems and basic computer tools
