Family run business; looking for a suitable part time workshop office manager/front of house.
SAGE, VAT & MOTOR TRADE ACCOUNTS EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Wednesday to Friday 9-5.30, and potentially working an odd Saturday to cover leave.
Your role will include daily dealing with customers (both trade and private), checking in cars, ordering parts and updating customers as needed, invoicing for both mechanical & bodywork, and also suppliers, detailing daily records for account cash handling, incoming and outgoings, and other such tasks required. Training provided
