The Drive Ahead * Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies * Promptly unload deliveries, sort and stock receivables * Verify paperwork matches physical shipments and identify any discrepancies * Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and conduct daily cycle counts * Organize and store inventory in a logical, easy-to-retrieve manner * Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, tidy, and safe * Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized shop * Support the team with additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly Performance Essentials * 1–2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout a shift * Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills * Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team * Dependable, reliable, and eager to learn * Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week) Bannister Accessories * Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks * Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care * Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support * Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized * Ongoing training and professional development Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace. Responsibilities

The Parts Shipper/Receiver will manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies, including promptly unloading deliveries, sorting, and stocking receivables while verifying paperwork accuracy. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts and ensuring inventory is organized, stored logically, and work areas are kept neat and safe.
