Waverley Chrysler is a locally owned, family-run automotive dealership, and we have an immediate opening for a Parts Shipper/Receiver/Driver to join our growing Parts Department.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. • Load, unload, sort, and move parts shipments using hand tools or material handling equipment
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
• Use computer systems and Reynolds & Reynolds software for scanning parts, managing documents, printing labels, and sending emails
• Pack, seal, and label materials for delivery or shipment
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and delivery orders
• Record shipment data for internal recordkeeping
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Address issues like damaged goods, shortages, or delivery delays
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
• Deliver parts to wholesale customers and various dealership departments
• Assist team members and perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor
