Description Job Description: • Act as parts representative to walk-in customers. • Source parts for lift trucks. • Take phone orders from customers. • Provide parts quotes to customers. • Order parts for stock. • Assist with inventory control. • Work with dispatchers to transfer parts stock between branches. • Assist Bailey Company sales reps with quoting and provide pricing to them when they are in the field. • Assist with shipping and receiving. • Provide excellent customer service at all times. • Support all sectors of the Bailey Company. • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm • Uniform is required and provided by company Requirements Qualifications: • High school education (minimum) • Computer literacy o i.e. Willingness and ability to work with new computer programs • Customer Service o Ability to interact with customers in person and over the telephone o Willingness to observe proper phone etiquette/manners • Ability to work well with co-workers
