This role is the foundation of our parts and service operation, ensuring technicians have the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently and keep customers on the road. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and want to grow into roles like Parts Specialist, Service Advisor, or dealership operations, this is where that path starts. The Role You will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and internal parts coordination, including: Shipping & Receiving Receive and verify daily parts shipments Inspect parts for accuracy and damage Stock inventory in organized warehouse locations Process returns, cores, and warranty parts Inventory & Operations Maintain accurate inventory and organized shelving Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking Ensure parts are ready and available for technicians Internal Logistics & Delivery Transfer parts between multiple workshops to keep repairs moving Coordinate urgent parts movement to avoid delays Occasionally deliver parts to local wholesale customers This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your work directly impacts technician productivity and customer satisfaction. What It Takes Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Automotive experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn Performance Expectations Receive and process inbound shipments same-day when possible Maintain high inventory accuracy Ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians and internal teams Minimize errors in stocking, transfers, and documentation Support overall shop efficiency by eliminating parts-related delays Growth Opportunity This role is a starting point into the dealership.
