At Volvo Cars Bellevue, the parts department keeps our high-volume service operation moving. The Parts Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for getting the right parts in the door and out to where they're needed -- whether that's across the warehouse or across town. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Receive, count, weigh, and verify incoming parts inventory against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading -- documenting any shortages, overages, or transit damage • Process outbound shipments accurately -- generating shipping labels, utilizing postage meters, and navigating carrier software including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight companies • Drive and deliver parts orders to other Swickard locations, wholesale accounts, and outside vendors -- safely, accurately, and on schedule • Pick up parts from suppliers and vendors as needed to keep the service department supplied without delay • Stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory to ensure accurate storage and fast retrieval for the service and parts teams • Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks to move and stage incoming and outgoing shipments • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area and delivery vehicle at all times • Coordinate with the parts counter and service advisors to prioritize deliveries and keep repair timelines on track WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Previous shipping and receiving, warehouse, or parts department experience preferred -- not required • Clean, valid driver's license with an excellent driving record -- required, as this role includes regular driving and delivery • Comfortable navigating the greater Bellevue and Eastside area efficiently • Familiarity with carrier software -- UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight platforms -- a plus • Proficient with basic computer programs and inventory or DMS systems • Physically capable of standing and walking on hard warehouse floors for extended periods and lifting parts and components of varying weight • Detail-oriented and reliable -- accuracy in receiving and delivery directly impacts the service department and the guest experience • Professional demeanor to represent Volvo Cars Bellevue during off-site pickups and deliveries WHAT WE OFFER • $22.00 - $24.00 per hour • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance and supplemental coverage options • Paid time off and paid holidays • On-the-job training and support • Clear path for growth within the parts department and broader Swickard organization • Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts • A stable, team-oriented work environment at one of the most respected luxury dealerships in the Pacific Northwest WHY VOLVO CARS BELLEVUE • Volvo is a brand built on safety, design, and sustainability -- values that resonate deeply with the Bellevue market • Bellevue is one of the most affluent and fastest-growing markets in the Pacific Northwest -- high volume means a busy, well-resourced parts operation • Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry • A role with variety -- you're not stuck behind a desk all day, and the driving component keeps the work dynamic • Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- shape how we treat our team members just as much as our guests • A supportive team environment where you'll be set up to succeed and recognized when you deliver The parts that don't show up on time stall the whole service department. Responsibilities

Manage the intake and outbound shipment of automotive parts, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips. Perform local deliveries and pickups to other locations and vendors while maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
