Description Bejac Corporation, one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States, is hiring. Our Sacramento, CA location is currently seeking a Parts Specialist to help understand customers’ needs and challenges, build valued customer relationships, and identify new opportunities to grow sales. In addition, this person will support the service department, assist walk-in customers, take phone orders, and assist in other areas as needed. This is a full-time position; Monday -- Friday, 8 AM -- 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! Support the service and parts departments, ensuring a successful branch operation Drive part sales, recommend complete solutions Verify parts needed and ensure accurate ordering using the most cost-effective shipping methods Perform tasks in the warehouse or parts dept. as directed Keep the customer informed of the order progress at least daily Maintain excellent communication skills and professionalism, both in-person and over the phone, with Bejac employees, customers, and vendors Research and order parts in a timely manner Ship and receive parts as necessary Process all orders and returns in a timely manner (same day or within 24 hours) Ensure accuracy of research, orders, and returns Use forklift, pallet jack, and Big Joe to load, unload, and move parts. Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist is responsible for driving part sales, managing orders and returns, and supporting the service department. They will handle customer inquiries, research parts, and perform warehouse duties including loading and unloading shipments.
