The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing customer support in parts sales and parts technical assistance and identification, providing accurate pricing, availability, and estimated delivery information. Additionally, the Parts Specialist will take parts orders from dealers and customers. Requirements High School diploma Have strong communication abilities with all audiences Understanding of customer support and sense of urgency 3 years of applicable Parts experience Desire and ability to work in fast paced commercial environment Superior organizational skills, strong quality orientation, and high attention to detail Demonstrate shift flexibility including evenings and weekends as needed Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines Mental capacity to make sound decisions and to demonstrate good ‘best judgement”. Ability to multitask, solve problems, manage time, adapt to changing work conditions, and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment Computer skills.
