Description

We are looking for a talented Parts Specialist to join our Service team based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom. This is a permanent position site-based working * Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm (30mins lunch) This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time, keeping our technicians productive and our customers’ equipment running. Working closely with the workshop, suppliers, and service teams, you’ll take ownership of the parts process from start to finish. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Supplying parts daily to support workshop activity (overhauls, repairs, modifications) * Tracking parts through the supply chain and providing updates on delivery and return times * Communicating any changes or delays clearly with Service Admins and Team Leaders * Managing the operational side of procurement, ensuring jobs are released with the correct parts available * Supporting urgent requirements, including local collections and deliveries when needed * Ensuring parts are delivered to the correct technician or work bay on time * Processing core returns, warranty parts, and service returns efficiently * Tracking engines and coordinating collections where required * Raising and managing NCRs, working with internal teams to drive resolution Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
