Description Edwards Auto Group is looking for a Parts Specialist to join their team! As a parts salesperson, you will work as a member of our sales team to facilitate requests for customers and service techs. Responsibilities Working with Technicians, advisors and customers to assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating them on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installation Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed correctly Organize parts and participate in modifying displays to reflect the current inventory Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist employees and customers with a replacement Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility Requirements Personal, friendly and willing to listen Good interpersonal communication skills Familiarity with inventory is preferred but not required Positive attitude and a willingness to help others
Responsibilities
The Parts Specialist will function as a sales team member, assisting customers and service technicians by locating required parts, answering questions, and providing advice on usage and installation. Responsibilities also include assisting with inventory management, organizing stock, labeling parts, inspecting returns, and processing incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
