Description Edwards Motorsports in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Parts Specialist to join the team! As a parts specialist, you will work as a member of our sales team to facilitate requests for customers and service techs. Responsibilities Working with Technicians, advisors and customers to assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating them on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installation Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed correctly Organize parts and participate in modifying displays to reflect the current inventory Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist employees and customers with a replacement Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility Requirements Previous Parts experience is required Personal, friendly and willing to listen Good interpersonal communication skills Familiarity with inventory is preferred but not required Positive attitude and a willingness to help others

Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist will assist customers and service technicians in finding the parts they need, while also managing inventory and ensuring parts are correctly stocked. Responsibilities include organizing parts, modifying displays, inspecting returned parts, and documenting inventory.
