Description ProPump & Controls, Inc. specializes in the sales, service, and installation of automated pump stations and control systems, with a growing aftermarket parts business. With offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee, ProPump serves customers and technicians throughout the eastern U.S. and much of the Caribbean. We are currently seeking an Inside Parts Specialist for our Troutman, North Carolina office to support our customers and technicians. Responsibilities Include: Identifying components needed for automated pumping systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical parts. Providing pricing and sales quotes for both internal and external customers. Purchasing materials. Offering parts information and support to company technicians, independent service partners, and facility operators. Sourcing parts for various pumping systems as required. Processing warranty returns. Maintaining pricing, product data, and other information within the company’s ERP system. Performing all warehouse duties, including but not limited to shipping and receiving. Maintaining inventory levels. Performing other duties or assignments as directed. Requirements Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Required Experience: Direct industry-related experience, such as contractor, technician, technical sales, or pump sales, preferred. Technical knowledge of pumps, electric motors, controls, water valves, or instrumentation is a strong plus. Experience in operations, accounting, or sales related to equipment parts. 3-5 years’ Experience in sourcing and parts purchasing, required Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
