Description The Parts Specialist Runner is responsible for the daily transport of appliance parts, equipment, and collected payments between company locations and service technicians in the field. This position ensures technicians have the correct parts to complete service calls efficiently and that unused parts and payments are returned securely. Parts Specialist Runner Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver appliance parts daily from the Greenfield location to technicians. Transfer parts between multiple company stores and warehouses. Run urgent parts to service calls as requested by the service department. Collect unused parts from technicians and return them to the designated location. Securely transport collected payments from technicians back to the office. Maintain accurate records of all parts transfers, deliveries, and payment handoffs. Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure priority deliveries are met. Safely operate the company vehicle, keeping it clean and reporting any maintenance needs. Assist with light warehouse or inventory tasks as directed. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Ability to successfully pass a background check. High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and accountability. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail and clear communication skills. Prior delivery, warehouse, or parts handling experience preferred but not required. Work Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday. Flexibility for occasional weekend needs Salary: $20.00 per hour
