Description Join the SS Equipment team in Othello, WA as a Parts Specialist! We are a premier New Holland dealer with six locations across Washington and Oregon, dedicated to providing top-tier agricultural equipment and exceptional service. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing warehouse logistics, checking and putting away freight, following our established processes, and assisting customers with their parts needs. Familiarity with agricultural or auto parts is a big plus. Safety is a core part of our culture, and you’ll occasionally operate a forklift to handle heavier items safely. Clean, organize and help keep our warehouse and showroom operating efficiently. Greet customers and provide an exceptional customer experience. Become an expert voice to guild the customer to the right part for the job. Requirements Formal parts training and/or industry experience. Background in parts or relevant field is beneficial. Ability to learn mechanical and technical terms. Experience with parts operating systems (P.O.S.) and computer skills. Strong organization and interpersonal skills! Must be able to lift 50+ pounds Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Responsibilities
