Core Responsibilities: As our Parts Specialist, you will inspect what you expect. Driving operational excellence, you will validate inventory levels, ship / receive service parts and supplies, and support the front counter / phones in our small retail space when technicians arrive to get what they need. Requirements Experience: • 1-2 years supporting a parts counter / warehouse, preferably in the restaurant equipment and / or HVAC industry • Propensity to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail • Learning and change agile - capacity to pick up new information quickly and adapt to an ever-evolving environment • Ability to leverage equipment spec sheets to ensure that we acquire and distribute the appropriate products • Punctual and dependable Physical Requirements: • Able to consistently lift, carry and move items up to 50 pounds without assistance. • Comfortable with frequent standing and / or walking for significant periods of time. • Can consistently reach overhead/ below the knees, including squatting, bending, kneeling and twisting. • Willingness to climb up and down ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise. • Can visually verify information, often in fine print.
