OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of parts necessary for our operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently, while also providing exceptional customer service to internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with CMMS systems, data entry, and a solid understanding of HVAC components.

Requirements

  •  Industry experience (preferred)
  •  Mechanical knowledge or repair experience (preferred)
  •  Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office 365
  •  Customer service skills
  •  Good communication skills
  •  Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
  • common fractions and decimals.
  •  Knowledge of general inventory methods and procedures.
  •  Must have a valid G licens
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and tracking inventory, ordering parts, and coordinating with suppliers.
  •  order parts from local and online vendors
  •  Processing CORE returns as required
  •  create work orders and invoices daily
  •  issue purchase orders
  •  Welcome and assist customers, addressing their service needs
  •  assist with invoicing and payment processing
  •  Communicate repair recommendations clearly, including costs and timelines.
  •  Schedule appointments efficiently and prioritize service orders.
  •  work alongside mechanics, communicating information related to the repair jobs and parts
  •  keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order
  • parts.
  •  shipping and receiving packages daily
