A Day in the Life: What You'll Do As a Parts Stager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, playing a critical role in getting our products ready. Your responsibilities will include: Setting the Stage: You'll be responsible for accurately staging and preparing items, ensuring our Production lines run smoothly without a hitch. Mastering the Forklift: After gaining your certification, you'll confidently operate a forklift daily, moving inventory and materials with precision. Inventory Whisperer: You'll manage inventory, pull necessary items, organize materials, and assist with cycle counting and adjustments in our ERP system. Streamlining Operations: You'll contribute to our efficiency by actively looking for and recommending process improvements. Communicating for Success: You'll be a key communicator, relaying important inventory information to our Production Leads. Quality & Compliance: You'll uphold our high standards by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Safe Practices. We're Looking For Someone Who Is... A Self-Starter: You're motivated to work independently and take initiative. Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring documentation and inventory are precise. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a related field is a plus, but we're open to enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
