Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Staging Associate to join our manufacturing and warehouse production team. This role is responsible for organizing, preparing, and staging metal parts and materials to support efficient production flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, material handling, or production support, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment with minimal supervision.. Essential Responsibilities: Receive, sort, organize, and stage metal parts and production materials Transport parts and materials to designated production and manufacturing areas Clean, deburr, tap, and prepare parts according to production specifications Load and unload laser machines and manufacturing equipment as needed Verify part quantities and stage materials according to job orders and production schedules Inspect parts for quality, including tapped holes and finished components Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) Follow proper documentation procedures and standardized work instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/manufacturing workspace Support overall department and production goals as needed Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements: 1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production work preferred Experience using a tape measure and reading basic measurements preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Demands: Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
