REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in parts operations or inventory management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and warehouse practices.
• Familiar with ERP or dealership management systems
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s workplace safety regulations (WSH) is a plus.

• Supervise the daily operations of the parts department, including receiving, storing, and issuing automotive parts.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, and coordinate regular stock counts.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Maintain parts catalogue, pricing, and records in the inventory management system.
• Train and lead a team of parts assistants/clerks, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Support aftersales operations by ensuring prompt parts availability for service and repair jobs.
• Handle internal inquiries regarding part availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, order fulfilment, and departmental KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.
