QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Cummins products or within the heavy vehicle industry is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and technicians, providing expert guidance on parts selection, availability, and alternatives
  • Process orders efficiently through multiple systems, ensuring accuracy in documentation, billing, and inventory tracking
  • Collaborate with service teams to identify complex parts needs and source them in a timely, cost-effective manner
  • Manage warehouse operations including stock levels, shipping/receiving, and core processing
  • Mentor junior parts personnel, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and lead small projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Prior experience in parts operations, preferably within the heavy vehicle or Auto industry
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to guide small teams and drive branch success
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to navigate complex parts sourcing scenarios
  • Willingness to comply with export control or sanctions regulations, if applicable
