WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A PARTS SUPERVISOR TO JOIN OUR WITHAM SITE.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts Manager to oversee the parts department within our automotive service facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional support to both the parts team and our customers.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

To assist the parts team in the day to day running of the parts department, coaching the team with all parts related queries before they have escalated and help them to do there exceed sales. Also be able to negotiate with outside suppliers and to understand and assist with compliance within the business.

• Chasing Parts
• You will be required to do the Stock checking including perpetuals
• Keeping the system nibble down to a minimum
• Bringing / ordering stock
• Looking up parts for jobs
