About the Role
As Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Parts Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the parts department. You will lead a small team, manage inventory and stock control, and ensure the timely delivery of parts to the workshop and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the parts department as the Parts Supervisor
  • Ensure timely and accurate ordering, receipt, and dispatch of parts
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor stock accuracy
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Parts Advisors and junior staff
  • Collaborate with service and workshop teams to meet demand efficiently
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Identify and act on upselling opportunities to increase departmental performance
  • Assist the Parts Manager with departmental reporting and performance tracking
