POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Parts Supervisor with a background in heavy truck and trailer parts. This role requires an organized, computer-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work both independently and collaboratively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Valid G-class driver’s license
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with shop maintenance systems
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Previous experience in fleet maintenance
  • Experience with heavy truck and trailer parts (Freightliner experience is an asset)

Responsibilities
  • Support drivers with non-mechanical concerns.
  • Receiving parts delivery and organizing them in the storage area accordingly.
  • Process work orders, ensuring accurate allocation of parts and labour.
  • Generate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) spreadsheets and distribute them to the appropriate staff.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory layout.
  • Adhere to all company and government safety regulations and policies.
