Duties and responsibilities of the Parts Supply Chain Analyst include, but are not limited to :
Manage a mainframe global database consisting of vehicle service parts for the Company product line up
Parts releasing and follow-up tasks
Backorder tracking
Supersession/Workload management
Above average volume of conference calls and email communications with North America and International suppliers, as well as customers within FCA Canada
Facilitate supplier escalation meetings with cross functional groups as required
Prepare and present to all levels of Management
Additional project work and assignments to support Mopar Operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

The successful candidate will have a completed Bachelor’s Degree with minimum ONE year of experience working in supply chain specific to parts management
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications is necessary
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, and report building skills to extract and analyze supply chain data
The successful candidate must be able to work independently and provide cross-functional support within Supply Chain and the Mopar Parts Procurement departments as required
A high level of written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated presentation skills are required
Must be Legally eligible to work in Canada
