We are currently seeking a Parts Technician to join our Red Deer Parts team. This position plays a vital role in supporting internal and external customers by sourcing, issuing, and managing parts efficiently, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to “Finding a Better Way.”

• Ensuring customer needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional manner, including providing status updates on orders.
• Creating quotes, pursuing parts sales, and managing purchase orders.
• Developing Bills of Materials for repeat jobs and new builds.
• Issuing parts and materials to both internal and external customers.
• Assisting with cycle counts, year-end inventory, and maintaining accurate stock records.
