Propell is looking for a Parts Sales Technician Lead that will drive efficiency and lead the success of our parts and inventory operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading the parts sales team, managing inventory and materials, ensuring timely kitting and staging of components, and driving customer satisfaction.

Our Parts Sales Lead will:

  • Act as an advocate for the company, its values, and its vision, ensuring alignment across all tasks and team interactions.
  • Lead the parts sales team to ensure excellent customer service and on-time fulfillment.
  • Prepare accurate, complete, and organized kits for production and customer orders.
  • Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy, including bin creation, bin location management, and regular organization of warehouse areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels; reorder and restock parts as needed to maintain established max/min levels within the ERP system.
  • Manage controlled materials through purchase orders and monitor point-of-use inventory transactions.
  • Ensure the warehouse, receiving, and staging areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team on builds of materials and support the daily production schedule by staging required parts.
  • Assist with quality inspections, incoming parts inspections, and ensure all kitting lists and documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Perform and support weekly cycle counts and daily cleanup routines.
  • Review and revise kitting lists for accuracy and completeness; identify and report non-conforming parts.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of parts, materials, equipment, components, and inventory lists.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
