OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory, sourcing parts, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical components and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be highly team oriented and be able to seamlessly hand off or pick up orders between team members. Wages negotiated based on related skills and experience, we are opened to entry level or highly experienced applicants, powersports experience is beneficial.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a parts department or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical specifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using dealer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Accurately identify and source parts for various power equipment and powersports vehicles.
  • Maintain organization of inventory and stock levels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding parts availability and specifications.
  • Process orders and manage the shipping and receiving of parts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory to minimize discrepancies.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in restocking shelves and displays, and putting away new inventory.
