Description To assist and provide parts/service support and respond to customers/technician's concerns/request. To promote the sale of genuine Toyota, Crown, and Aftermarket parts and accessories in a profitable manner. Requirements Conform and abide by all rules in the policy book set forth by Watts Equipment and the Management team. Maintain and process CSS quoting daily Take incoming parts calls from customers and recommend all related parts. Minimize the time the customers are on the telephone. Present a favorable (positive) attitude and be helpful to customers and technicians (both road and shop) over the phone and in person. Assist with processing completed parts and service work orders. Assist with Re-stocking of parts in service vans. Assist with Physical Inventory. Maintain an open line of communication between the parts department and customer service personnel, and other departments within Watts Equipment Company. Responsible for returning wrong parts to your vendor. Assist in keeping the Parts Department in a clean and orderly manner. 100% on E-Learning and complete all Web-Ex training assigned. Training requirements for Toyota parts professional should be completed as follows. Assist in reviewing and processing Crown E-Ordering. Responsible for ordering batteries and processing core returns. Attain Toyota Parts Certifications: Bronze, one year of service. Silver, three years of service, and gold five years of service. Each person will be responsible for taking their own test. Look up parts required for service and parts quotes. Determine labor from Tech. Obtain customer’s written approval/ confirmation for the quote from CSS rep Upon approval, converts quotes to open work order. Orders all needed parts on approved estimates through parts department. Provide the work order to the dispatch so work can be scheduled and dispatched, or if requires to come in the shop, coordinate with CSS, customer and transportation. Report to Parts Manager any issues related to slowing the estimate process. Perform other assigned duties as required by the Management team. Key Result Areas (Physical Requirements): Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Unassisted. Must have good reading, writing, and basic math skills. This job will also include frequent bending and squatting.
